Community Stalls – book here 9th September 2023

Calling all Community Stall Holders!

Are you involved with an amazing community organisation? Do your values chime with ours? Why not book a stall at the   Martineau Gardens’ Autumn Celebration 2023 ! We’re looking for community organisations that have a leaning to  green, sustainability, community, mental health and wellbeing to run activities, provide demonstrations or simply share some of the amazing things you do.

Stall fee: Free of charge but MUST be booked in advance (please do not turn up on the day!) – please bring your own table and chair, and be prepared to bring a gazebo or protection for the weather, since this is an outdoor event. Area will be approx 2 m to 3 m square.

Our preference is that stalls use this as an opportunity to connect, provide activities and information, so please, no selling. We welcome fundraising for Martineau Gardens but no selling or collecting donations for other charities.

  • Stall name:
  • Your Website (if relevant)
  • Your Social media (if relevant)
  • Description of stall: Up to 50 words for social media / a sentence for website
  • Photo (might be used in publicity), all photos must have consent

Details for office use:

  • Your contact details (name, email, mobile number)

We will get back to you  by 23 August 2023 to confirm your place and details – in the event that we are oversubscribed with applications, we’ll set up a waiting list.

Stall holders may arrive from 9.30am and be set up by 10.30am, with any vehicles moved to alternative parking across the road, at the rear of Priory Hospital.
