Cricket Parking at Martineau Gardens – buy here Cricket Parking 2020

23 March 2020 update

We’ve taken the difficult decision to temporary close Martineau Gardens to visitors, in line with government advice on Coronavirus (Covid-19). We hope you stay safe and well and we look forward to the time, when we can welcome you back to the tranquility of Martineau Gardens. At time of writing, it’s likely that major sporting events will be postponed. Please checkthis page nearer the time rgearding the status of cricket-parking only tickets.

Our statement on Covid-19

Each cricket season we usually run a ‘cricket car park’, as a fundraising activity for the Gardens. In the event that major sporting events are re-programmed we will review this webpage.

With test Match Cricket (and more) happening on our doorstep, cricket fans pay a fee to park their car at Martineau Gardens. Each year we raise more than £3,000 across ten sessions . New for this year you can buy your cricket parking ticket on-line .  Find out more below.

We strongly advise non-cricket fans planning a visit to the Gardens on international match days to choose another day (since there will be no public parking on these days and for many of the fixtures, there  are road closures in place in Edgbaston) or look at using public transport.

Buy your parking ticket:

Select your preferred ticket date – you’ll be redirected to WeGotTickets – you will need to give details of your car (colour, model and registration plate and the name of the driver) at point of booking and there is an additional booking fee of £2. Please check with the relevant organisers that the event you are booking a parking ticket for, is going ahead, since we are unable to give refunds.
